We have worked in portfolios from 10 plots up to several hundred homes in our work with housebuilders and PRS/B2R operators. This is a hugely growing sector which is projected to continue to grow at pace as more instructional capital and private equity expected to come in to the market place. 

We work in placing both single-family housing (SHF) and mullti-family housing (MFH) portfolios across the UK with particular focus on the South and South West where we are seeing a new wave of interest in previously untapped and underinvested markets.

We have a strong understanding of the importance of ESG credentials when placing these types of portfolio and work closely with both parties to ensure we are focused on identifying portfolio opportunities that meet the ESG and sustainability credentials required in this market.

We have a varied network of PRS operators who are looking for smaller scale deals to wider reaching, forward funded portfolios which would offer a Housebuilder a low rise, funded route to delivery. 

We are particularly active in working with Local Government Pension Scheme (LPGS) that have capital to deploy as part of their Social Impact Funds.
